Child Safety
Standards

MySingleFriend has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. We are committed to preventing it on our platform and protecting children everywhere.

Our commitment

MySingleFriend is committed to the safety of children and stands firmly against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in all its forms. We do not tolerate any content, conduct, or activity that exploits, endangers, or sexualises minors.

We comply with all applicable child safety laws, including mandatory reporting obligations, and we work proactively to detect, prevent, and respond to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any attempt to harm a child through our service.

This page sets out our standards, the conduct we prohibit, how to report concerns, and how we respond.

An 18+ only platform

MySingleFriend is strictly for adults. Minors are prohibited from creating accounts or using the service.

Age confirmation at signup

Every member must provide their date of birth during onboarding and confirm they are 18 or older. Accounts under 18 are not permitted.

Phone verification

All accounts are verified by phone number, adding a layer of identity assurance and accountability.

Human review

Reported accounts are reviewed by our team. Any account we believe belongs to a minor is investigated and removed.

Termination & device ban

Any confirmed underage user is permanently removed and blocked at the device level to prevent re-registration.

Strictly prohibited conduct

The following are absolutely forbidden on MySingleFriend. Any violation results in immediate removal and reporting to authorities.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Creating, possessing, sharing, requesting, or soliciting any material that depicts the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.

Grooming

Any grooming behaviour or sexualised contact with a minor, including attempts to build a relationship with a child for the purpose of abuse.

Sextortion

Threatening or coercing a minor (or anyone) using intimate images or information.

Trafficking

Any form of child trafficking, or facilitating the exploitation or sale of a minor.

Sexualisation of minors

Any content that sexualises minors — real or simulated — including illustrations, animations, and AI-generated material.

Sharing a minor’s personal information

Publishing or sharing the personal information of a minor, or otherwise endangering a child’s safety.

Reporting child safety concerns

How we respond

We treat every child safety report as our highest priority and act quickly to protect children.

Rapid review

All reports relating to child sexual abuse or exploitation are reviewed within 24 hours.

Immediate suspension

Accounts associated with a credible CSAE report are suspended immediately, pending review.

Permanent ban

Confirmed violations result in a permanent ban and a device-level block to prevent the user returning.

Mandatory reporting to NCMEC

We report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by US law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).

Cooperation with law enforcement

We cooperate fully with law enforcement and child protection agencies, including the UK’s National Crime Agency (NCA/CEOP) and the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) for content removal, and relevant authorities in the EU and elsewhere.

Evidence preservation

We preserve relevant evidence in line with our legal obligations to support investigations.
